Strengthening the immune system

No one doubts that it will depend on people's immune systems if we are going through the current pandemic of the new coronavirus with more or less consequences and disruptions in health, economy and social framework.

The stronger the immune system, the faster the population will overcome the inevitable contagious wave and then reach a level where the epidemic begins to ebb.

Thus, in addition to the possible medications and vaccines capable of helping to contain the pandemic -- and alongside economic measures aimed at reducing its impacts on production and employment, and on public and personal accounts -- strengthening the immune system is the most effective attitude to overcome this and other next viruses, from the inside out and from the bottom up.

1. Grow healthy food and deal with soil daily
A richer, healthier diet and prophylactic contact with beneficial soil microorganisms can be achieved through urban agriculture.

The first activity is the local production of fertilizer through composting the houses, restaurants and inns'
organic residues.
Since October 2019, we are operating a community composting mini plant in the village of Visconde de Mauá (Resende, RJ), every month distributing 300kg of organic fertilizer to local residents interested in growing their own food.

2. Body practices capable of strengthening health
The Harvard Medical School publication below only confirmed what practitioners already know ...

For over 15 years, we have been offering free tai-chi chuan classes in the village of Visconde de Mauá for local residents interested in cultivating their health and delaying aging.





3. Cold shower daily
The Harvard Business Review published a research reporting that those people who take cold showers feel healthier and more energetic, and are 30% less at work for health reasons ...
For those who have only showered for over 43 years, the study published in the Harvard Business Review published in 2018 does not bring anything new.
